Beautiful beachside home, with good Gulf views, is perfect for two families vacationing together: you’ll find a queen bedroom and a king bedroom for the adults, a kids' bedroom with two bunk beds and a Wii Game for their entertainment. An open floor plan – the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly - and a wall of windows contribute to the home’s spaciousness and open feeling. The living area features contemporary, comfortable furnishings including a long couch with comfortable chairs to match, flat screen TV next to the fireplace. The kitchen is large and has a bar facing the living area and a built-in oven and microwave. Eat at the dining table or outdoors in the screened in porch facing the beach. When you’re ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is close by, accessible from a dune crossover two houses away. Beachside properties still have a great view & are still very close to the beach, but not directly ON the beach. **The pool, fishing pier and tennis courts are reserved for the exclusive use of homeowners in Indian Beach, please do not plan to use them. We do offer access to a temporary membership to the Galveston Country Club as an alternative. The temporary membership is free for guests staying a week or longer.

Payment Policies

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Please make all checks payable to Century 21 Bay Reef Realty and mail to 12200 FM 3005, Galveston, Texas, 77554. Payments may be made by personal check (not accepted within 30 days prior to check in), credit card or by electronic check (a convenience fee will be charged).

There is a $25 charge for returned checks. We do not redeposit returned checks. The must be replaced with a money order, cashier's check, or credit card within 5 days.

In the event that a reservation has to be cancelled, this must be done in writing and it is the guests' responsibility to verify that Century 21 Bay Reef Realty has received the cancellation letter. Every effort will be made to re-rent the cancelled period. If the period is re-rented and confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled period, money paid will be forfeited.
