At the Sundestin, only coastline views offer the advantage of stepping onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom in a one bedroom unit. During non-beach hours, your favorite movies or regular programs may be viewed on the television and DVD player in either the living area or master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king bed and full attached bath. In the living room, a queen sofa sleeper extends the accommodations for guests or children. This unit is tiled throughout the living room, kitchen and baths with carpet in the bedroom. All bed and bath linens are provided for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, stovetop oven, microwave and dishwasher. A dining room table that will seat four allows the convenience of sitting down for meals in comfort. Other kitchen items included are blender, toaster, coffee maker, basic cookware, and dinnerware.
