The downstairs has a third living area that has a 52 inch LCD, X-Box 360 and Wii video games for the kids. There is also a separate Theater with a 140 inch screen. The theater has seating for 16 and can hold more on the floor.

In order to protect the owners' belongings, and provide you with peace of mind in the case of unexpected accidents, Property Damage Protection for up to $5,000 is required for all Platinum Properties. We provide this protection for a nominal fee of $29.00.
There is a $500 cleaning fee added to all 4 night stays or less at this property.

If the cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival (60 days for Holiday Season), full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less prior to arrival (60 days during the Holiday Season) will be subject to cancellation fees. Paid travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.
