You enter the home into the sunny and tastefully decorated living room which has cathedral ceilings and pool/golf/lagoon views through sliding glass doors to the deck. The living room is furnished with a large sectional sleeper sofa, two chairs and features a see thru fireplace. Adjacent, enjoy a meal in the open formal dining room which has a glass pedestal table with six chairs. The spacious kitchen, with all the major appliances, is a perfect gathering spot. There?s an eat-in table for four along with four bar stools. Open to the kitchen is the family room which has incredible golf/lagoon views and, on a clear day, a peek at the ocean through picture windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. It?s furnished with a sofa, a love seat, two swivel rocking chairs and has a wet bar and see thru fireplace into the living room. It is equipped with a large TV and VCR/DVD 5.1 surround sound system which also supplies music to the living room, the master bedroom and the pool deck area. In addition, a screen porch connecting the deck and family room offers a convenient dining spot with the same view. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite, connected to the screen porch with sliding glass doors, has a king bed, a TV/DVD and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a TV/DVD and private bath. The third bedroom, connected to the pool deck with sliding glass doors, has a queen bed, a TV/DVD and private bath. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. The fourth bedroom has three twin beds, a couch, a flat-screen TV and a wet bar. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The pool area, which is very private, quite and relaxing, features a spa, an outdoor shower with a half bath, a grill and a large deck that wraps around the back of the house and connects to the screen porch. * The pool and spa may be heated for an additional charge.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
