Pirate's Cove vacation rentals offer linen service in all properties. When you arrive, your beds are made and towels in place for your stay. When you depart our housekeeping staff will take care of cleaning and your soiled linens. We ask only that you dispose of your trash, load the dishes in the dishwasher, and leave the property broom clean.

Payment Policies
After making your reservation, a lease agreement will be mailed to you immediately. Your signed lease, 50% of rental rate, a $58.00 reservation fee, optional travel insurance and Peace of Mind plan, if chosen, are due within 10 days. Upon receipt of this payment and a signed lease your reservation is confirmed. If your lease and payment are not received by our office within 10 days, your reservation may be cancelled without further notice. Visa, Mastercard, personal check, money order or cashiers check are accepted. Once we receive your first payment, a receipt that reflects your balance of rent, taxes and security deposit will be mailed to you.
BALANCE PAYMENTS - The balance of your rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Pirate's Cove Realty will not send out a balance reminder statement. Balance payments not received by the due date are subject to cancellation. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full with a credit card, certified check or money order. A $25.00 Service Charge will be added to any returned checks. Your payment and the service charge must be paid immediately by CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASHIER'S CHECK to avoid cancellation.

If you must cancel your confirmed reservation regardless of reason (including bad weather, illness, death, or economic factors) and have only paid the first deposit and the unit is not re-rented for the cancelled period, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RENTAL PAYMENT (1/2 the weekly rate for each week reserved, plus the $58.85 nonrefundable reservation fee). If you are paid in full and the unit does not re-rent, YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL MONEY PREPAID (except security deposit). If the unit is re-rented, all money pre-paid (less the cancellation fee of $50.00 and any other pre-paid fees to others) will be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing. Once cancelled we will make every effort to re-book your reservation. Your reservation will not be cancelled until we receive your letter in our office. Requesting a transfer to another unit is a cancellation.
