To the right of the entry is a king bedroom with a TV, VCR and private bathroom with a shower only. Eighteen steps lead to the second floor. The third bedroom has a king bed with TV, VCR, and bathroom with shower only. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds, TV, VCR, balcony overlooking the pool, and private bathroom with shower only. A second laundry room has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A second living area has a sleeper sofa, sofa, table for four, small refrigerator, microwave, TV, and VCR. A door leads to the balcony with four rockers and a pool view. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
