The only issues that we had was from dogs on the property as you had to watch where you stepped at times.
We were on the second floor and the stairs were really hard as some folks may have issues taking up supplies. I know some renters were having problems.
Also, one person was complaining that he did not have any place to park his boat trailer. He was a little upset.
Everything else was fine. We loved the pier, pool and the views. There were several children that were fishing from the pier having a great time.

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed on this property, and the 2nd in the same unit. We thoroughly enjoy Orange Beach and Harbor Place. With that said, this year we did notice that our unit is beginning to show signs of age and wear. Carpet needs replacing. Painting should be done and appliances updated. As for kitchen amenities and dishes/utensils/pots and pans, things seem a little worn and sparse as well. All told, we did enjoy our vacation. We will most likely return and would again see if this unit is available for our stay, hoping for a little updating.

We stayed with 5 other families in the complex. All the others had been updated and were in far better shape. Everything worked, just run down. Not pots or pans for cooking. Not enough cups for 5.

Some units in the building are wonderful - VRBO units are best. Rented through Meyer this year and were terribly disappointed with the cleanliness and the quality of the appliances.

Great property located on a beautiful golf course!! Rooms were very nice, and had a lot of updated features. The food in the restaraunt was great!

We had an issue with a queen mattress being on a twin box spring (& visa-versa) when we arrived. The cleaning crew should have caught this, but didn't. We had to switch them. Some garbage was left on the back deck. Pocket door in one of the bathrooms was broken. Walls around air vents were dusty. Also, no wifi in this unit. We have stayed in other units in Sunswept, and they were all in better condition upon arrival. Penthouse two-story layout had NO advantages.

Our overall experience was great. Next time, just make sure the renters before us do the dishes. Every dish or pan we pulled out was dirty!

Nice place to stay. Condo rooms are small and needed a little updating but overall nice. Bathtub didn't drain well. Covers and blankets on bed were old and needed to be replaced. Dishwasher didn't work well either. Condo had great view. Parking garage was not available due to painting.

this was a lovely little condo, with views of the gulf. However, the first morning we were there, my 60 year old aunt sat in on of the wooden chairs on the balcony, it appeared to be a little wobbly, and then collapsed under her! I immediately called Meyers office and reported it, thankfully she wasn't injured. We asked for a replacement chair, as there were 3 of us and now only 2 chairs, but we never got it. Also, the elevator quit working twice during our stay, but was repaired in a relatively short time.
