Condo very clean and pleasantly appointed. All appliances worked well. Be careful of hot water as temp set quite high.

Being a part of such a large complex offers services not available with most rentals. Access to an upscale clubhouse with spa, gym, exercise and sports services was wonderful. All at no additional cost! I kept waiting for someone to ask us for money, but they never did!

Mountainback is one of our favorite condos to stay. We've stayed in several units, this one is a bit outdated and a few items should be replaced to make it a very nice condo: while the sofa sleeper looks nice, beware, as you will eventually end up on the floor as the mattress has no support and somehow slides you off. It should never be rated as a sleeper sofa as the springs are millimeters from popping out of the cover; no one could sleep on it and we're not primadonnas! The drawer front in second bedroom fell off in middle of night practically making the top bunker fall out of her bed! The rest of the condo is very accommodating with most appliances and kitchen and bedding supplies needed. The location is lovely and we enjoyed watching the snowfall and at least 5 varieties of birds . The Fireplace made for a cozy ambience while watching movies and eating popcorn. A few games and decks of cards would have been nice to top it off!

Condo is in great shape and is very nice.
Location is not walkable for families with young children and is not located on a buss line. This necessitates driving to Eagle lodge where parking is limited.

The units furnishings and amenities were disappointing. No internet access. No TV in master bedroom. A very old, small TV in living room. The access key for Sauna/Jacuzzi did not work. The one day I got in through an open door in the entertainment area the sauna was not working.

We loved this location the space is perfect.
However the upstairs neighbors kept us up both nights past 3am-4am stomping and pacing almost non stop.
The 2nd night I knocked on the ceiling after 3am when it sounded like they where moving furniture.
At that point the stomping got MUCH louder above us and they they upstairs neighbors started yelling profanity at us thru there floor.
Really ruined the experience, I will for sure use your location service again but can never stay in that location.

The condom was a bit over furnished and considering the fact it was not that spacious to begin with, this kind of made it hard to easily move around. We were 4 adults and a child.
