Back to Lodging at Keystone
Keystone was founded by men from Pennsylvania, the Keystone state, who
wanted to strike it rich in the gold rush.
Keystone Resort is made up of three mountains, the Outback, Keystone Mountain
and Northpeak. There are 22 lifts and 116 ski trails. A new high speed quad
lift has replaced the triple chair on Keystone Mountain. Keystone is the only
Colorado location that offers night skiing.
North Peak has a five star restaurant that offers a sleigh ride dinner or gondola
ride to the top of the mountain where the restaurant is located.
Keystone offers snowshoeing, back country skiing and ice skating in the winter.
The summer months promise boating on Lake Dillon, llama rides, roping competitions,
barn dances and golfing.
