Just a short walk to beach was great. Had boogie boards there to use - nice. Sliding glass door appears rather broken or very unclean and appliances and general condition of the unit are rather poor. Nice enough to enjoy ourselves, but we'll stay somewhere else in Pensacola Beach next time we go.

The property is misrepresented as being physically located on the beach. The fact that it is across the road is never stated. Big disappointment. Would not have booked $800 vacation there if I had known this.

The view and location of this condo was perfect. There were four of us girls, in the middle of a tropical storm, and we still had a great time!!! Whenever any of us come back, we are going to try and get this condo.

I have stayed in the Santa Rosa Dunes a total of 5 times and this was the worse as far as amenities. Not only was it the most I've paid for a weekly stay, it also offered the least. I do not expect to buy my own toilet paper or cleaning supplies, not to mention salt and pepper, not at the rate I paid. If you honestly expect your clients to get by on six towels for 7 days then supply some laundry soap. I don't expect to drag my entire house to the beach with me. I checked prices at some of the hotels that are gulfshore rooms and the pricerange was around $200 per night which is what I paid. I will definetly reconsider my options next summer.

We were looking for a first floor unit with view of beach. When looking at pictures provided on this unit it appears that you have a partial view. Which was exceptable for renting. However those pictures do not represent the current view. You can not see beach at all as there is a wooden gate instead of the low white beach wall seen in pictures. Also getting to pool you have to go out patio door and walk a distance to pool and beach boardwalk. You can get to pool from the main entry way in the tower. We did like the security that was afforded by the codes access locks to the tower.
